There's a born-in-Japan-but-based-in-Orange County fellow named Yoodoo Park, and when he's not being that guy, he's being GRMLN, a fuzzpunkpopgrungeguitar act that specializes in updating that early 90s indierock sound for the cool kids of today (think Superchunk, Nada Surf, Seam or <enter name of fantasy Matador or Merge Records band here>).
