I.L.I.C.I.T.™ (I Live In Crucially Intense Times) is an American performer of HipHop. Originally from New Orleans, he lived in the St. Thomas projects where he was inspired by Hip-Hop through block party events organized by his neighbor, DJ Jubilee.
