From last.fm:
There are two bands called The Slow Death. 1) The Slow Death is a melodic death doom metal band from Blue Mountains, Australia with both male and female vocals, formed by Stuart Prickett (mastermind of Elysium and Stone Wings) in 2007. Their style is ultra slow death/doom with melodic riffs, powerful deep growls, grandiose female vocals and tragical lyrics. The atmosphere is mournful and dark. The guitars are magnificent with perfect riffs, amazing melodies and rhythm changes. The melodies are melancholic passages of perpetual depression. Read more about The Slow Death on Last.fm.

Straight out of (one of) those beloved Twin Cities, The Right Here has been doling out their rowdy brand of rock’n’roll since 2010. Embracing a style similar, and kindred to beloved bands such as Lucero, Drag the River, Old 97’s, Avail, The Bottle Rockets, Red City Radio, and home town brothers The Replacements. The Right Here debuted their first full length, All Herky Jerky, in 2012. Not long after, founding members Lewis Miller and Luke Lecheler Read more on Last.fm

From last.fm:
Arms Aloft is a punk rock band from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Although influenced by artists such as Jawbreaker and Hot Water Music, it would be safe to say that they have their own Midwestern take on punk. Expect big things from Arms Aloft. In 2008 the band released their first 7'', "Comfort At Any Cost" on Dead Format. In 2012 the band released their first full length "Sawdust City" on Kiss of Death.
