Dan Israel is a singer-songwriter currently based in Minneapolis. He won Song of the Year (for "Come to Me") at the 2005 Minnesota Music Awards. In the late '80s and early '90s, he was one-half of the folk duo One Town Horse in Chicago. In the mid '90s, he fronted the Austin, TX folk-rock group Potter's Field (where he was named one of Austin's top 15 songwriters). In 1996, he moved to Minneapolis, where he formed Dan Israel and the Cultivators, releasing several CDs, both solo and with the Cultivators. Dan Israel on Last.fm.

Eleganza is a music project from Warsaw, Poland, formed in July 2007 by Bartłomiej Przybysz (vocals, programming) and Damian Wychnicki (drums). Some weeks later Adam Maszej (guitars and bass) joined the band. In late October 2007 a Valmegiton single was released. It was a mix of mathcore, instrumental metal with a industrial metal infulences. St Dominic's Trio plays rootsy rock that gets blue, swings, drops by motown, and drives through the back roads of Americana. The band originated as an offshoot of the Minneapolis-based Van Morrison tribute band The Belfast Cowboys. The Trio plays original music, along with songs by Van Morrison and other bands/artists. In 2002, as The Belfast Cowboys began playing in the Minneapolis/St Paul bars, Terry Walsh looked for a way to bring the band into venues that were too small for the Cowboys' 9-piece ensemble.
