From last.fm:

SCHOENBURG [shown-berg] is an American folk/pop trio consisting of Billy Schoenburg, Dane Hoppe, and Graham Wakeman. Hailing from Illinois and Michigan, Schoenburg met both Hoppe and Wakeman while attending school in the Twin Cities. With Folk Pop melodies and lyrics reminiscent of Paul Simon, Schoenburg's songwriting asks that you not worry, while Wakeman and Hoppe’s arrangements and performances agree. Currently, their debut EP, “Short, but Sweet” is set for release on March 2nd, 2012, with their debut album, “Hydrophobia & Identity Insecurities”, scheduled for release on July 4th, 2012. From last.fm:

Formed from a largely uninteresting set of arranged meetings and random acquaintances, Queen of France began in the fall of 2010—motivated by nothing more than Iver Hillman having a bunch of demos lying around with no one to play them. The group has played many shows around the Twin-CIties in support of their five-song EP, "Thank You, I'll Have Several Of Those" (recorded in the fall of 2011 and described by someone really important as "lovely stuff"). There's nothing related to queens or the French here, but there is something to listen to. Read more about Queen of France on Last.fm.
