Cloud Cult is an experimental indie rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota led by singer/songwriter Craig Minowa. Formed in 1995, the name originated from the ancient prophecies of indigenous North Americans The band's founder and singer Craig Minowa has a degree in Environmental Science, and his environmental, political, and social awareness is reflected in much of Cloud Cult's music. USA Porcupine is an indie rock three piece from La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA. Guitarist and singer Casey Virock has previously fronted the two midwest bands; Dream 13 and Space Bike. The other two guys are Dave Reinders (bass) and Jeff Bahr (drums). Casey and Dave played together in Space Bike which released cd's and vinyl on Che (London,UK) and Zero Budget Records (USA).
