Nuisance was a post-punk band from the late 80s and early 90s. They released two albums on Lookout Records in 91 and 93. They were one of the earlier bands to take punk roots and soak them in folksy country music - which is a big trend these days. “It’s like being on top of the mountain, and you can reach out and touch the sun. There are currently two groups listed that share the name Vaudeville: 1) (Minneapolis, MN alternative, hardrock, electronic) Vaudeville, brainchild of Coon Rapids, MN native Christopher Gummeson, began in the fall of 2007. In the summer of 2008 Vaudeville won a battle of the bands competition sending them to Nashville to record their debut album, "Dismantle the Sky" with Chris Mara.
