SOAP is the 3 year old solo project of ambient/dreamgaze musician Emily Berregaard. Hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Berregaard's music utilizes guitar, keys and dreamy vocals. Her first full-length release was with Warm Gospel Tapes of Portland, Oregon in 2012. She has since released an EP with sublabel Drug Arts of Iowa and is currently working on a split 7" to be released by the same label in early 2014. Read more about S.O.A.P. on Last.fm.

Down Lo formed when Northfield, MN natives Mark Grundhoefer (guitar, vocals) and Ryan Nielsen (bass) started jamming together in the summer of 2000 with good friend and drummer Casey Wasner. After playing many shows together in the Northfield area, the three parted ways in the fall of 2001 to pursue their own musical careers. After touring extensively with the band One Fluid Ounce, Ryan returned to the Twin Cities in the fall of 2002 and he and Mark, then playing with the band Gates Avenue, continued where they had left off a year before.
