Ásgeir is Icelandic singer-songwriter, Born in 1 July 1992 , Laugarbakki, Iceland Ásgeir Trausti Einarsson, who released the Icelandic version of his début album, Dýrð í dauðaþögn (2012), under the name Ásgeir Trausti, but the international, English-language version (entitled In the Silence) simply as Ásgeir. Icelandic singer-songwriter, Ásgeir Trausti, may only be 20 years old but he already last summer made his mark on the Icelandic music scene with his two singles, Sumargestur and the smash-hit Leyndarmal.
