Dred I Dread is a Minneapolis, MN based Reggae and Hip Hop Band. The name Dred I Dread means “fear my dreadlocks”. Dred I Dread was formed in the Fall of 1998. Dred I Dread was chosen as "Best Local Reggae Band" by City Pages Magazine in 1999. The debut CD "Listen to the Revolution" was released in early March 1999. The CD was produced by International Reggae Keyboardist Tony “Asher” Brisset, one of the founding members of Black Uhuru. TABAH is a five piece indie rock group from Minneapolis that began in 2014. Their debut EP Time Will Come, released in June of 2015, reflected on their challenging and unique experiences of living in the increasingly tumultuous atmosphere of being a young adult. TABAH; meaning both destruction in Urdu and perseverance in Malay serves as a creative method in which the band pushes to break musical barriers and communicate unity through music.
