Eppur Si Muove . In Lieu is the moniker of English/Tasmanian multi instrumentalist/solo artist and producer Martin Ruffin, born in 1989. Self taught on a variety of instruments and picking up production by stealing a key to his schools music block to stay late and figure out how to record his own work, he's since been using this medium to channel his self-destructive/schizophrenic nature, with varying degrees of success. http://facebook.com/quietinlieu http://inlieu.co.uk http://inlieu.bandcamp.com/ Read more on Last.fm

From last.fm:
A successful Scottish pop/rock group, originally called Dean Ford & the Gaylords, they released several unsuccessful singles between 1964 and 1966 before changing their name. They enjoyed their greatest success up to this point with The Beatles', "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" which topped the UK singles chart in January 1969. Unusually they had two bass players, and were the first Scottish group to top the UK charts. Original band members: Dean Ford (Thomas McAleese), Junior Campbell, Graham Knight, Pat Fairley and Alan Whitehead. Read more on Last.fm
