There are at least two bands with this name: 1) A British pop/rock/glam band, similar to the Bay City Rollers. 2) Flintlock is a bluegrass band from northwest Indiana. Long time friends, each of the members have played with several bands over the years. In 1997 the band Flintlock was formed. Leader Rick Carter plays guitar, does many of the vocals, and writes many of the band's original songs. Born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, Riyad Taher (The Decomposer) is pushing the boundaries of genres as far as they can go. Currently doing solo projects as "Decomposer" and heading the group "Sundays Hangover", his music reflects a unification of all things pleasing to the ear. Decomposer started rapping at the age of 13 and was producing by 16, but "I didn't fully understand what music was until the age of 21". Thats when he taught himself to read music and play piano.
