Joe Mande (born March 16, 1983) is an American stand-up comedian and writer based in Los Angeles. Joe has appeared on such TV shows as Comedy Central's The Half Hour, VH1's Best Week Ever and Conan.[1] He is also the author of the book Look At This Fucking Hipster. In 2009, Time Out New York named Joe the city's “Best New Comedian.” Mande is currently a writer for the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation.
