The band unleashed the long-awaited and frankly outstanding debut album 'Barbed Wire Star' in October 2006, spawning the club hits 'Raptured Saints' and the hugely popular 'Access Denied!' and the eagerly anticipated second album - the aptly titled 'Very Bad Things' is in production. John and Ryan decided to start a band in the summer of 2007, after a couple of years of Ryan dragging his feet (for no good reason). A couple of months into it, Mike volunteered to be the lead singer. John and Ryan were skeptical (because everyone thinks they can sing), so they made Mike go to some karaoke bars in Minneapolis (like U Otter Stop Inn and the amazing Vegas Lounge) to see if he could actually carry a tune.
